Beautiful place! Liked watching the sunrise.

We had dinner at the restaurant, it was underwhelming and overpriced.

Very big resort, perfect for cycling

Too far from Hue City.

The buildings and accommodation were very nice. Lost in the Vietnamese jungle with breathtaking views.

Either because of lack manpower for this very big domain or lack training but the staff - although very nice - does not provide the service of a 5 stars but the one of an appart-hotel, which is fine but not what we paid for. No cocktails. No welcome drinks. No shuttles. Limited spa hours. Limited breakfast options...The hotel was almost empty which gave us a very spooky feeling but the staff cannot be faulted for that. The hotel seems to be in a tough spot which is sad.

Beautiful grounds, private pool, views. The beds were super comfy.

Overall the service was a let down. Slow & Staff english was very limited so many errors (especially with food orders) were made from miscommunication. Location was outside the region for tour operations so we incurred additional fees. A la carte Breakfast was very limited which was disappointing but the buffet was better when it served on the last day of stay.

Limited menu in the restaurant which meant we always had to go into the city to eat.

Private pool was a highlight. The size of the property and the gardens were impressive. The support from night staff when we locked ourselves out of our room went above our expectations.

Whilst we appreciate we are in a non English speaking country, it was a little challenging with very limited English spoken, however all staff tried to understand our needs which was appreciated.Difficult to get a grab service-but staff were fantastic in organizing local taxi's each day.Breakfast options were limited.

By far the best stay for us in Vietnam! They were super helpful, they took the extra mile by escorting us to nearest shop when we ran out of fuel, they arranged renting a motorbike conveniently dropped at the facility, they paid so much attention on all our needs (swimming pool with water non stop circulating, the 2 AC both throughfully tested, arranged the lunch in the garden, the manager had a private discussion with us ensuring we feel great, their recommendations were always on-spot). The entire resort has so many things to offer in an idilic surrounding! We left the resort happy but nostalgic, heading towards HoI An and Ba Na hills.

Rooms and facilities were excellent

Don't stay there for dinner or breakfast. You get a 2 star standard. No one speaks English. Very limited breakfast. Bread ftom 2 days ago. Dinner half of items Unavailable. The food was brought as and when they felt like it. 20min gap between first and last food. Zero service, and they couldn't care less when I asked for further discount

This resort is a gem just outside Hue. we arrived late and could only stay one night because we are on a tight schedule but the staff opened the restaurant, went shopping and cooked for us. It was my husband’s birthday and they gave home a cake with candles, some amazing hospitality. We stayed in the duplexes, the rooms are wonderful with their private pools. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, made very special by the staff.

we went in the wet season so no one was there and a ghost town! in summer would be ideal if you travel to this hotel!

Really beautiful property with well cared for grounds.

The staff didn’t speak English which made it often frustrating and unhelpful and had we not had our own transportation and plans, it would have made trip planning impossible. The beds and pillows were the worst we encountered in Vietnam hardness wise. There was loud music that played at night across the river. The hotel restaurant was not up to par.

Absolutely amazing. The hole staff is so frindley and kind. They organize very interesting tours for our Family.They do evrything that your stay will be perfect.Meals was very good. The hole resort is beautiful. It's outside the city and very quiet and peacefull. Thank you so much for unforgatable days. Hope we can come back one day.
